Kopalnia Camper Park

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Kopalnia Camper Park is a part of the recreational facility Kopalnia Strefa Wakacji, whose administrator is Water Bridge Technologies Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Królikowice, Lipowa 6 Street, 55-040 Królikowice; NIP: 8961602626 REGON: 388638176
  2. These rules and regulations specify the principles and obligations of guests concerning their behaviour during their stay and the manner of using the technical devices and equipment provided.
  3. Staying in the area of Camper Park is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations and all rules and regulations valid in the recreational facility of the Kopalnia Strefa Wakacji;
  4. Admission and stay in the Camper Park is charged according to the price list;

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF GUESTS

  1. Upon arrival at the Camper Park, the guest is required to register. During the registration, the visitor must present identification documents of all persons staying in the Camper Park;
  2. The location of the camping equipment and the guest’s vehicle is determined by the Camper Park staff. All parking and set-up activities are the responsibility of the guest;
  3. The day of stay starts from 14.00 on the first day of stay and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure;
  4. Charges for the stay in Camper Park are collected in advance and are not refundable in case of shortening the stay regardless of the reason;
  5. Guests of the Camper Park are given wristbands confirming their registration and the possibility of using the Camper Park and the recreational facility of the Kopalnia Strefa Wakacji, which they are obliged to keep throughout their stay;
  6. The extension of the stay must be confirmed with the Camper Park staff before the end of the stay. Failure to agree to extend the stay will result in a full charge for each additional day of stay started;
  7. The quiet hours period is in force from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m;
  8. The entrance gate is locked from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. Leaving and entering the Camper Park area during these hours is possible only after agreement with the staff;

USE OF THE CAMPER PARK

  1. Camping is only permitted within the designated area (marked pitches) or other places designated by the Camper Park staff.
  2. Children should be supervised by their parents or guardians.
  3. Guests are allowed to stay in the Camper Park with their dog, provided that they have certificates of valid vaccinations. Dogs should be kept on a leash and walked with a muzzle (if aggressive) and their owners are obliged to clean up after their pet. Dog bathing in the body of water is only allowed in the area designated for this (the Island).
  4. Visitors to the Camper Park may stay on the premises from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., upon payment of the entrance fee to the Kopalnia Strefa Wakacji recreational facility in accordance with the price list. If such persons remain on the Camper Park premises after 8.00 p.m., they are obliged to check in and to pay a surcharge up to the full fee for the Guest’s stay on the Camper Park according to the price list.
  5. Before leaving the Camper Park Guests are obliged to clean up and leave the places where they stayed intact.

GUESTS’ OBLIGATIONS

Guests of Camper Park are required to:

– maintain peace and quiet, especially during quiet hours, including in particular not to play music in a way that disturbs the enjoyment and peace of other Camper Park guests;

– maintain order and cleanliness;

– dispose of rubbish only in designated areas in accordance with the established rubbish sorting system;

– use the equipment and facilities of Camper Park in accordance with their purpose and instructions and to respect the existing facilities, equipment and infrastructure as well as the greenery;

– use water rationally;

– respect road signs and other signs and information boards in the Camper Park;

– be particularly careful when driving in the Camper Park area in motor vehicles (the speed limit is 5 km/h);

– secure their own property and personal belongings left in Camper Park;

– follow all instructions of the Camper Park staff;

 

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO

– change the position of the guest without the prior consent of the Camper Park staff;

– damaging vegetation;

– littering and polluting the area;

– wash the vehicles and carry out repairs that may lead to contamination of the environment with hazardous substances such as fuels, oils, etc.

– touching electrical equipment outside the designated electrical connections;

– burn bonfires outside designated areas;

OTHER PROVISIONS

  1. The area of the Camper Park is fenced and unguarded. The Administrator shall not be liable for loss or damage to items or property owned by Guests, nor shall he be liable for accidents or injuries caused by Guests;
  2. In the event of damage, devastation or any other form of destruction by Guests to the infrastructure or other property located in the Camper Pack area, those responsible are obliged to immediately repair the damage caused or to cover the costs of repair or restoration of the damaged property;
  3. Persons blatantly disturbing the peace and/or violating the provisions of any of the rules and regulations in force on the Camper Park and the Kopalnia Strefa Wakacji recreational facility will be obliged to leave the Camper Park without the right to refund the fees paid;
  4. There may be other parked vehicles of persons using the Kopalnia Strefa Wakacji Recreation Facility within the Camper Park;
  5. Complaints and requests regarding service and housekeeping matters should be reported to Camper Park staff in writing (including by email to: biuro@kopalniacamperpark.pl ). The time limit for handling complaints is 30 days.
